February 15th saturday
All packed, checked bags again and again got everything. Graham arrived at 7.45 am prompt to take us to the airport. Everything went smoothly the easy jet flight was a bit bumpy on the descent into Gatwick. Took the Gatwick express to east Croydon. We could not get a signal on our phone, asked in the tourist information office where the nearest phone was and she didn't know but said that we could use her phone which was nice. People are nice in London!!!! Phoned Christine who came to pick us up. It was cold and windy waiting outside the station. Went back to Christine's no Malcolm as he was on holiday in south Africa. Louisa, Matt and Annabell came round to see us. Had dinner and slept well after a long day.
